On Location in NYC

New York City is my acting school for the moment. It teaches technique and professionalism. Working up close with some of televisions best actors is a master class in on-camera skills. And putting in the hours, the repetition, in the heat, waiting for the fire engines to pass out of range, waiting for the crazy man to push his cart through the middle of the set, not to mention tour buses and just good ole New Yorkers remarking as they go by - to do all that and still remember the names of the wardrobe, hair and make up people because I'll be interacting with them all day, being on time, on my mark, flexible, quiet and full of energy - every day on location in New York City is a decathlon in the business of television. And I'm learning volumes each day. Thank you Thank you Thank you New York.
